Crafting Success!

I've seen a bunch of fall wreaths all over blogland and pinterest, and I've been armed with an inexpensive way to make them for a while (dollar store pool noodles). I have been aching to make a wreath since July. I have materials for a patriotic one, but the season is gone for that one. But I did finally make a wreath of some kind - and I think it turned out rather well. I don't consider myself a crafter in general really, but I do adore seasonal wreaths and I felt like it was something I could manage. ;) I already had the chocolate burlap on hand, and I bought the fall foliage from the dollar tree. What do you think?

Fall wreath - the hanger probably needs a  little work, but maybe I'll update it next year.

Kate, of course felt that she should be part of the picture. :)

  1. Looks good. I would try just wrapping the rest of the burlap for a smooth wreath and then adding a ribbon at the top for hangar. That would be easy and there are always rolls of ribbon for a dollar if you don't already have some. Very cute!
